3 failures of Capita in one court room
Harrow Crown Court on Wednesday 29/05/14
Seen and heard in one court room alone:
Case 1: "a competent NRPSI interpreter was employed to replace the not so competent Capita terp so now the defendent was able to understand fully the case against him".
Case 2: "no Polish interpreter and it was the second time this has happened". The judge promised the defendant that there will be one next time.
Case 3: an NRPSI terp was booked directly by the court for another case.
