About to sue ALS
ALS placed me in Tier 1 without my knowledge and I had not taken part in any of their so-called assessments. They did not know whether I was CRB-checked, in fact, they did not even know whether I was allowed to work in the UK. They called me repeatedly and I repeatedly asked them to remove my details from their system. They finally acknowledged that they had removed my details from their system, however they have now reverted to sending me sms messages. One message was about the £5 offer etc. I have now informed them that I am planning to sue them.
