95% of requests for interpreting services fulfilled by Capita? How?
At about 08:30 yesterday morning AIT phoned me once again and asked me to attend Taylor House, as ALS/Capita's failure to provide an interpreter had left them once more in a mess.I politely refused.
Since the start of Framework Agreement in February 2012, this was the 11th ocassion I was directly contacted by AIT/Magistrates court. This is despite the fact that as far as I'm concerned there is not a huge shortage of ALS/CAPITA's workers in my languages (Farsi and Dari). The question is how does MOJ claim that currently more than 95% of requests for interpreting services are fulfilled by this agency?
