Another hearing adjourned so an interpreter can be found
Huddersfield man in court accused of Sex Offenders’ Register breach
A MAN has appeared in court accused of breaching the requirements of the Sex Offenders’ Register.
Ivan Michailovskij, of Town Crescent in Huddersfield, faced two charges at Kirklees magistrates yesterday of failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the register’s notification requirements.
Between January 24 and 30 and January 30 and February 4 he is alleged to have failed to register foreign travel.
The 46-year-old did not enter a plea.
The hearing was adjourned until May 9 so that a Russian interpreter could be present.
Michailovskij was granted unconditional bail until that date.
