Capita's failure leads to another unbelievable day at court
Day 31 in Croydon, two counsel for Crown, two for first and second defendants, one counsel for each of defendants 3 to 7 and a noting brief. All in court with 12 jurors, a court clerk, usher and, of course, the judge. All seven defendants are also at court.
We generally have two interpreters but Capita have supplied none today and may not have any for tomorrow! It’s not been smooth running by Capita to date but today is just unbelievable! I understand Capita were aware of problems by at least 10:30am yesterday and still failed to get any interpreters to court.
