Capita to charge interpreters a fee of £21 for short notice cancellation
Linguist Lounge has received another message from a Capita linguist with an answer as to how much Capita will charge interpreters if they cancel a job at short notice under the new terms and conditions. The interpreter wondered whether Capita could legally charge interpreters such cancellation fees. Here is the email we were forwarded:
"For short notice cancellation there is a Cancellation fee of £21 per booking payable by you. Hope this answers your query."
