Mentally unstable detainees released on bail due to ALS failure to provide an interpreter
Two prisoners remanded by Lincoln Police Station to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' on 11th February were bailed as no ALS interpreters attended. One Polish, and the other Russian - mentally unstable, had to be released until Tuesday. The solicitor said it was the 5th occasion that week just in Lincoln when ALS failed for provide an interpreter just for remanded defendants. The Russian suspect who got bailed until Tue by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Saturday due to the absence of an ALS interpreter, got arrested again on Sunday. Where is this going?
