New court date for Lincoln flasher
A flasher must wait until next month to learn his fate.
Slavcho Iliev was due to be sentenced on Monday (August 11) after admitting to three charges of exposure in Spalding.
However, his case at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court was adjourned until September as an interpreter was not available for the hearing.
Iliev, 32, pleaded guilty to the charges at a hearing on July 10 and was convicted of intentionally exposing his genitals, intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.
The incidents took place in Spalding on March 3, April 17 and April 18 last year.
Iliev, of Monks Road, Lincoln, will return to the same court to be sentenced on September 8.
