Problem is escalating
As you are all aware, the ALS/MoJ problem is escalating and will continue to do so unless we can prove that the FWA MUST BE SCRAPPED!
More and more Judges, solicitors and Magistrates are going public about their views on the fiasco which is fantastic. We need to make the most of the opportunities this presents us with!
Please send the following link to all of your contacts at courts, solicitors offices and other associations so that we can gather some meaningful data to back up the (now hundreds) of reports of ALS failures and incompetent interpreters, whose lack of expertise are bordering on the criminal.
