Is Capita losing money?
If the MOJ is not paying travel expenses, then CAPITA must be losing an awful lot of money. This could explain why Capita's joint Chief Operating Officer who attended the grilling of the Justice Committee said Capita would not contest losing the contract. Whichever way you look at it, the contract is of such a low value that it is highly unlikely Capita will ever make a profit even if it manages to recruit every single NRPSI. The business model invented by Wheeldon can never ever work and Capita must realise this by now. In the meanwhile, ALS workers should all get together and take jobs as far away as possible to hit Capita with spiralling costs. This should not be difficult to do.
