Rape case. No interpreter for second time. Have told court staff not to cancel or the Capita failure will be hidden by their 'cancellation'.
Depressing news. Court cancelled the interpreter. Because of nature of Capita and MOJ contract that means does not count as failure.

Capita have failed to arrange Vietnamese interpreter for PCMH at Guildford today.Case has to be adjourned. Waste of court time/public money.
Judge at Guildford CC very angry at Capita's failure to supply interpreter. Demands written explanation and will impose financial penalty.
