How many adjournments is too many?
Just been informed about a young Romanian lad, remanded on Saturday 28/01/2012 for Derby next available court, on Monday morning the case was adjourned for Tuesday due to no interpreter! On Tuesday it was again adjourned until Wednesday when an interpreter attended and was provided by the HMCS and booked directly by the Listings!!!! This is getting ridiculous.
