@mcsolicitors great article. My last interpreter translated approx 30% of my mitigation, none of the co-ds & about 10% of the judgement!
Thanks to new interpreter booking system at court two people are in custody as nobody can communicate with them! So much for saving money.

@TheCustodySgt @lawsocgazette we have done this in court also. Some cases adj 2 or 3 times. Interpreters refusing to sign to ALS #frustrated
